banned WW or artefact holder

hello
i heard that in travian legends version 4.4 if a player gets banned all rainforced troops to that account will be sent back. also you still be able to attack ww and artefact villages even if the holder account got banned
my question is, does that automatic rainforce send back apply to ww and artefact vilages or not?
