State of the server

I know it's all about quality instead of quantity, but my have the numbers reduced (yes I am repeating again). The fuller alliances seem to be Hegemony, Falcons, Hegem0ny and all their many other wings, but something tells me they are just full of inexperience players, and literally are quantity over quality. Says a lot that Hegemony who have been on the ukx servers for a very long time to have had to work with the likes of RIAPs, the push overs of servers before.

Always nice to see the Turks back, persistent as ever!
